Fighting with this character: theoretically yes but I'll be upfront and say I'm absolutely shite at writing fighting.
Injuring/killing this character: Toji is an excellent fighter and considered stronger than the special grades in canon. so far the only people that have manged to injure / kill him are Gojo Satoru and Toji himself.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: don't. it's sad, I mean scary in there.
